Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes our minimum order value is £10, you can make this up using a selection of badges from our website, they do not have to be all the same design.
Are you able to invoice?
Yes, you do not have to order through our site. You can order by telephone, fax or e-mail. Your invoice will be included with your order.
How can i pay?
You can pay by card using the wbsite, over the phone, via bacs or cheque.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All our items are made to order. We carry a small amount of stock that is premade and lower quantity orders may be sent within a couple of working days. Larger orders have a 7-14 working day turnaround.
How much will it cost me in postage?
We have 3 levels of postage charges depending on the weight of your order. Orders up to 750g will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery.
Orders over 750g wiill bent sent by courier - either City Link or UPS
Do you have a bespoke service?
Yes! Please view the navigation bar on the left of the website, the Bespoke design Service allows you to choose the colour & shape of the badge and allows you to enter your own text.

Do you offer a bulk discount price?
We have researched our prices and we believe that we are the lowest priced school badge supplier in the UK. The prices are fixed, so you receive the same great value if you were to buy our minimum order quantity or if you were to buy 10,000.
|What do I do if my item is faulty?|
If you have recieved a defective item, please contact us immediatly by either using the contact page or phoning us directly.
All items must be returned to us within 7 working days for a replacement or refund.
We require all faulty items to be returned to us using the address below.
Please use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and include a description of your order (or a copy of the invoice) and fault and send to the address below.
Prefect School Badges will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items sent in the post.
